Return Policy:
Due to the delicate fabric and design of YARA hijabs, we do not accept returns, ensuring the highest quality and hygiene standards for every customer. All sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Order Modification & Cancellations:
Once an order is placed, we are unable to modify, edit, or cancel it, as our warehouse begins processing immediately to ensure swift delivery. Please ensure your order details are accurate at checkout, including products and your shipping address.
Shipping & Fulfillment:
All orders placed are shipped within 2-3 business working days (this excludes weekends and holidays). Orders placed after Friday 3pm EST will be processed the next business day. Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping notification with your order tracking. Please expect delays in fulfillment during big launches or new collection launches.
Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages:
YARA the Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, as well as packages undelivered due to incorrect address details. If an item requires a signature and you are absent, you must contact your carrier to obtain it.
If the delivery carrier confirms that the package was delivered and you did not receive the package, you must file a claim with the delivery carrier.
